anxiety comes in many forms, being nervous is anxiety. its also a serious illness but you can get minor forms of it. please, please dont shame people for saying they have it because it must really hurt. ans osmetimes people do glorify illness' they don't have which is definitely something they shouldn't do but the should be told politely to stop
