We hardly hang out with other people when we are together, maybe a few times a week, but we also go to different schools and live 20 minutes away from each other, so I think when I next see him, I will tell him! :)

Yeah, we've been close friends for so long, both of us have been through our share of crappy relationships and we've always stayed close and helped each other through the tough times. I know him better then probably most teenager's know their significant other, it's a wonderful feeling, but I do agree, he should know, I just don't know how to just say it. I don't want to just be like "oh hey, by the way I'm in love with you."

Well, if you guys are best friends and you understand him, I'm pretty sure that he'll understand you if you tell him you love him. Just go for it! You guys are close, and you're dating, that's all that matters. You guys are going to say you love each other in your relationship, and it has to start somehow. If you say it, that just proves what a confident, strong girl you are.

And, hello? You've been friends with him for eight years. That's almost a decade. It's good that you got to know him before you started dating him, unlike most teenage girls who just rush into a relationship. I admire you for that, and, the bottom line is, if you're in love with him, he should know. It's not like he can stop you or anything.

Good luck! xoxox.
