this is just a rough guide.... many factors contribute to your weight.... if it says you are overweight you might have a lot of muscle mass. It all depends on your body type. But if it says you are really overweight you might want to pay a little bit of attention to it! ;)

to everyone saying that this is making girls feel self conscious - She is just trying to keep people healthy! :) I would rather feel self conscious but be able to know around what weight i should be than to have people telling me i look beautiful but being over or under weight and not knowing it.... just me tho.... :)

No it doesn't! Listen to me! do something that makes you happy! Text your bestfriend! She/He will be there for you...and if they aren't....make them! You are beautiful! Don't let some stupid ruin it! Take pride! And if people bully you! Stand up tall and say "look in the mirror" If you start considering suicide and cutting..they will know that what they are doing works. So hold your head up high and prove to them that you have dignity!
