you don't deserve me. everyone knows it. your friends, my friends,
possibly our teachers, maybe a janitor or two. everyone knows you're
way out of my league. you're being chased after by the hottest girls
in school. but you settle for me. that in itself is --> a m a z i n g . and
combine that with your brains, personality, and body? you're effing
perfect. and.... perfect doesn't deserve me. i'm nowhere near perfect ,
with my moodiness and unpredictability. but somehow, i have you.
i'm not sure how, & i'm not sure why. all i really and truly know is,
i hope i never lose you.

she drags the knife across her skin,
and coaxes out three crimson tears.
one for hate and one for sin,
the last extracting all her fears.
she bleeds for her mistakes,
her wrongs and her fights,
every cut that she takes
carries her to new heights.
each thought drags the knife
deep through her soul
the freed blood replaces life,
and starts taking its toll.
