I'm in the exact same spot and IT SUCKS i know how you feel. If your guy really "loves" you he wouldn't of broke up with you and you should just try to let him go. And if your friend is a true friend she should know not to go out with him cause your heartbroken I hoope this helps :) you deserve someone who cares for you :)

Try the song Love Like Woe by The Ready Set =] its a song about a break up but its so good and upbeat it helped me get over my guy it will probably help you get over your break up too I hope you likee it =]
