my friend went through this. we came up with an idea for the cutting, not the purging, but if you take a sharpie, and list your dreams or something you love where you cut, then it kinda helps (you can also just put a butterfly). it helped my friend stop. it just reminds you that if you cut, you're killing your dreams, or a cute, innocent butterfly. hahah just trying to help, but if you ever need to talk just drop me a comment, im always on.
