i know quite a few peeps who have gray hairs - my friends - but that's mainly if you've got a lot on your plate/ are pretty stressed with stuff. your scalp starts closing up and some of your hairs don't get the nutrients they need, so they die - hence the white
sounds pretty stupid, but you need to find a way to destress - that's basicaalyy what your body's telling youm, i think

just tell them you're having your monthly or haven't shaved, they usually are turned off by something like that. reply
