I'm in a tough situation with guys right now too, and I have come to the clonclusion that they are douche bags.(;
Anyways, there are a couple things you need to ask yourself first:
A) Do you still love him?
B) Did he hurt you? If so are you willing to forgive him?
C) Does he deserve you?
After you ask those questions the answer should be pretty clear. Just listen to your heart, and don't be afraid of looking stupid if YOU wanna get back with him. Sometimes, ya just gotta face your fears.(; reply

i would see what I think about the breakup was he the one who hurt you or did you hurt him
if he hurt you then there is no reason to get back together with him but you should use your own judgement and see what YOU think not your friends if you are brave you could just go up to him and ask if he has feelings for you
but you really just want to follow your heart

Well first I would make sure he does...ask one of his friends. If he does I would ask myself if I really like him. I would think about if you think he is the same person he was when you guys were dating, or if he changed for the better... I mean one of my favorite quotes is Forget the risk. Take the fall.
