You can do it. I've never been the smallest person, but I was tired of not feeling pretty so I went on a diet (that I am still on by the way), and it really worked. Sometimes it can be a pain in the *ss, but if you really want change, you can do it. Oh, and don't totally cut out everything you like because if you do you are more likely to quit. Allow yourself a treat here and there, just don't over do it =) ~Rach reply
