at my school we have 2 teams a spirit team and a competitive and i do both we work our butts off to memorize our routines just like any other sport does for their plays. it take a lot of skill to be a cheerleader try it for a day with a good coach that is willing to push you. it's not as easy as it looks. and our teams have like no they're the nicest gurls ik its where i got most of my friends from

sad to say there really is nothing you can do i just went through the same situation and you can say anything but they're stuck in their own world and wont really listen to what you say no matter how much you mean it
