he says he loves you? i dont get why you wouldnt ask him out if u love him too. so listen to your friends this time. **GUYS DONT MIND WHEN YOU ASK THEM OUT** so ya just ask him out. Whats the worst that can happen?

I hate to break it to you, but, no matter what you choose, neither one is going to be perfect, but you have to decide who is going to be better. Who are you more comfortable with?
who makes you laugh by doing almost nothing?
who tells you you're beautiful when you havnt brushed your hair, or gotten ready for the day?

I can't tell you why he's doing this, it's a little strange, sorry, but you can tell him this If you're not dating him, you're not going to kiss him, he should respect this, and if he dosn't, there are plenty of other guy to hang out with that would.

OK, so what to do, listen to you're mom, or fall into the pressure. Well see if you can tell you're best friend, then she can back you up on this when everyone's pressuring you: this is not any of you're bisness, my family is going through a hard time and you guys are not making it any better, If their good hearted kids, than hopefully they'll listen reply

If he dosn't listen to you, it dosnt matter about what, he's not worth anything. Trust me. There are plenty of other guys out there 10x better than him, you tried going out with him once, and he couldn't even respect you and you're choices. I'm not saying you can't still be his friend, but you already no how the boyfriend thing worked out.

It depends, Who usually starts the conversations? IF It's him than maybe he could be waiting for you to start talking to him. If not try finding some way to get in touch with him, tell that you don't like the way that you're getting along, if he's worth anything, he'll listen

Don’t move on just yet, the best thing to do here is just flat out ask him to go out with you. Trust me, most guys like it when a girls asks them out, it takes off a lot of the pressure for us. If you guys are already friends than you know that you must have a bunch of great qualities that he likes in you. So, ya, just go for it, whats the worst that can happen? He says no? well you’re what 13, 14, 15? All I’m saying is that it wouldn’t be the end of you’re life .

Don't just assume he dosn't like you, let's face it we (guys) aren't exactly the best at thinking before acting, but if it really bothers you, tell him how you feel. If he's worth anything he'll listen and try to fix what he screwed up.
