And I dont know what really happened after that, all i remember was him running home.

You asked me how I got out of depression. I used to be suicidal, and almost killed myself. But then I realized that enough was enough. I wanted a therapist, but my mom could not afford it, so I started talking to my dog {an alternative could be a stuffed animal}. I wrote down letters in a notebook, to the people who have hurt me. I listened to music to what I was feeling. I kept my mind busy, by the thing I love to do the most. I let everyone's opinions go, as if they were never there. And the best thing I did was every morning I would walk up to a mirror, look at myself and then say 'You look beautiful' and then I started believing it. Those were some of the things I did.
