•Talk it out with your sister, it will help you get along with eachother and you might learn stuff about her that can help your relationship.
•Close your eyes, clench your fists and count to 10 when you are about to yell. It calms you down and it will work.
•If counting doesnt work dont yell. Go to your room and listen to music.

Hi,
ok so, if you want to stay with him, try to talk to him recently over the phone and tell him how things are going as a friend. If he starts to like you as you guys talk each day, then you might have a chance to juggle a long distance relationship. If you guys can work out a long distance relationship, then my idea is to try to get together once in a while, cause if a guy really likes you that much, he would travel that 7,000 miles for you, then you know that he loves you. If you want to get over him, go shopping with friends, and just hang out with your friends and have some girl time. I know that it works for me, but it might not work for you. The way to get over him is look for other guys who you might be interested in and just live your life and have fun. Some of this stuff might work, but I wouldn't guarantee that any of this will work. These are just a few suggestions. I mean, this is a tough situation, so these are just a few ideas. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!
