But he stopped loving you in the middle and started physically abusing you (hitting) and hence I think he does not deserve another chance.
Who knows? Maybe he says he's sorry and all now, but later on, what if he starts again?

Hell, I feel the same way too.
Girls are way too dramatic, and all that.
In my life, I've had many girl best friends, and they've all turned out to be poeple who use me, but this year, I realised that the two most important guys in my life have been watching my back from a distance, without me even knowing it, and they care for me a lot. V.D and Alex, they're my best friends now, and I know for sure that they always will be.

Guys are way better friends than girls. No judging, no gossip, no crap. Just simple, immature, good times.

Hey, you'll be okay soon enough... I went through the same thing... My best friend moved all the way to Norway, and I don't even get to call everyday... Don't worry, just keep in touch with her, and at the same time hang around with all your other friends... I can't say you guys will be best friends forever, because that may not be true... But I do know, that you and your bestfriend will keep in touch forever and stay in each others hearts, no matter how far apart you guys are. People change, and now that she's with a new crowd, maybe she will too. But as long as she loves you the same way, and you love her back, nothing else matters.
