Well it wasnt anything happy i just took out my anger but it saaid :

well right now i have no idea , because im having another bipolar depressed moment when all i want to do is die,like i thought i was fine after i talked to a Councillor i was happy , i didnt have a care in the world buh tonight i was going through my Exs fb profile and well idunno cracked, we use to be bestfriend buh now we never speak and it kills me because i still love him with all my heart and soul its just hard ya know and well idunno i started crying for no reason then after a hour of crying i got angry an wrought something i didnnt mean, i was gonna send it to him but i stopped my self so yeah reply
