Im a flyer for cheerleading, and its not all fun and games. Its tough,and hard core practice. Being thrown in the air,one wrong move I could land on my face and break my neck. I played basketball for 4 years, yea its rough 2,but its 2 complete different things. So being a flyer means I have to always have my balance. But not just being a flyer is hard. Being a front and back spotter is hard to. You are what help the bases. (people who generally hold the flyer!)If the bases and spotters didnt catch me , I would probably have a concusion. Cheerleading is dangerous! its a huge amount of team work,strength and balance. So before you go trashing about cheerleading.Think first. thnxx

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH U!!! I'm a base and used to be a flyer and it's hard I have been doing cheer since I was 2!! No joke but I do it cuz I love it

Atleast eat little things!Crackers,bread,mostly grains. As long as you stay active( sports,play outside etc.) and actually eat and eat right you wont get fat. You dont have to starve yourself!
