don't feel like that! i used to feel the exact same way but about a month ago I hit my rock bottom. Just ask for help I promise you that's all it takes. I asked my mom for help, and she took me to the doctors and the doctor gave me this medicine and suggested therapy and it seriously helped so much! god helped me have the courage and strength to ask for help and he will help you too <3 reply
