You shouldnt just do a whole bunch of exrices one day. You have to work out a plan that works for you.
You should be eating breakfast lunch and dinner. You may think not eating will lower your size which after a long time it will but right now ur body is living off the fat it has which will stil make u gain wait. if u r trying to lose wait u really need to eat break fast to keep ur energy going.
try eating breakfast, lunch, dinner and exrice 3 days a week. it will do the trick. if u r over wait u obvousily need to loose it but hun if u r in the wait u should be stop trying to loose weight. its one thing to loose wait for a health thing like being over wait. but dont just loose wait just cause im sure u r absoultly beautiful

MILEY CYRUS thats the girl they look up to! not hannah montana. there are little girls fighing for their life that looked up to her. she aint gotta be a ho.e but she was and all i am saying is that i feel bad for the little girls that had to see that. miley should no better.

Yeah? There's all kinds of people who are fighting for their lives and look up to people who have changed. I mean, little girls shouldn't even be watching the VMA's. If their parents know anything about them, or MTV they shouldn't be allowed to watch it. It's not just little girls, and don't try to blame this all on cancer patients. Miley Cyrus is a person she wants to be. Like I said, lol GET OVER ITTTTTTTTTT

Did you ever think about the couple little girls with cancer that got to meet her. Yeah. They have prob either seen or just watched the miley part of the vma's she is suppose to be a role model to young girls. not a stripper. its one think to change ur look then to make little girls that look up to you wonder why they ever did.
