I'm just letting you know, everything you're doing is worth it. Trust me, if you continue this, you will reach your goal.
I'm 13 years old and I've been working out for about a month and a half and I went from 132lbs (that's more than what my mom weighs) to 117lbs.

Moderation is key! Once you start banning your favorite foods, you'll just want them more. You can have that cookie, but don't binge them. Have half a cookie and some fruit. Weight loss starts in the kitchen. Everyone thinks they have to cut out all sweets and unhealthy food. This is true, but if you want a cookie every now and again, it won't kill you. Just make sure it's in moderation. reply
