When I was your age I went through something similar to this.
If it's only texting chances are it'll be different in person.
Try and forget about him... Well that's my advice.

thanks. I just like him a lot.. and the thing is we've been texting since like September. Off and on, mostly on. But we have yet to hang out or do anything.. I just really like him. HELP ME!

If he's going around being 'in love' with other girls while saying stuff like that to you well.. Sorry honey I don't mean to be so blunt but I think he just wants you for . He seems like a headfuck and definitely not worth the trouble.
