Lol what? Its not illegal to call someone gay. Teachers are aloud to label other people. Its called Freedom of speech :) and besides if it was illegal just imagine what kind of plea that judge would make? "Oh i called someone gay" So seriously? Its nothing that big and besides MILLIONS of people call Justin Bieber gay.
