i play very competitive softball, and just my regular travel basketball and its easy just wear compression shorts to keep it in place reply

dont worry about it...use a tampon and take an asprin before playing..but be sure to drinkk lots and stay hydrated and strechh...you'll end up forgetting about your period once you get into the gamee

Well I dont play basketball but I do track and soccer and tennis and I've played all of those sports while on my period and its really not that bad=) its just kinda awkward the way it feels but you'll get used to it=) reply
