well this doesnt have to do with smoking, but i dont have my left kidney at all . i was born with it but it didnt work and my body absorbed it . i have a huge scar on my left side though when they had done an exploratory surgery though, and it reminds me of the struggles ive gone through . she'll be fine without the kidney, so dont fret about that (;
