umm, i did mine myself. it didn't hurt. i used a thumb tack then put a stud in. you have to twist it a lot and your supposed to use peroxide?! it's sore for a week, but it def doesn't hurt..

I was told to use sea salt with warm water... do you think soap and water is better reply

i got mine pirced a couple of months ago; one of the best things ive ever done. just remember to clean it with soap and water 4 times a day reply
