Honey, I know how you feel. Don't feel like your the only one. My dad abused me and abandoned me and my sister when I was 11 and she was 10. He used drugs and didn't have a roof over our heads. We got placed with the state and didn't have any where to go. I now no longer have any contact with him because he is in prison for robbing a bank. I am now adopted and with my aunt. It hurts really bad sometimes but I always think it's not my fault. It's his. The same with your dad. He is missing out on a beautiful daughter an that's his loss. He obviously isn't worthy enough to be your father. You deserve better. And trust me one day it will all get better. You just have to wait. God has a plan for all of us. It may be hard and you might be asking "why me?" but life is hard and it only makes us stronger. If you ever need to talk to anyone i'm here. Your loved by so many other people. Just hang in there.
