OKAY, so HEY! i havent been on in FOREVER! and im sorry for not replying to some comments xP well, now to answer what seems to be the major question, "why is the picture not showing up?" well now heres my answer:
...you are probably copying a bad URL or the wrong URL. **as i said in the directions, the picture you want to use must be off of TinyPic.com OR Photobucket.com *and if its not on there, then upload it to there (trust me its worth it) :D
okay then, now when you have a pic on Photobucket.com ..on the left hand side of the screen {next to the pic} there should be options under the SHARE THIS IMAGE box. you NEED to copy the URL from THAT BOX! it does not work any other way! okay, so NEXT TO the words DIRECT LINK copy THAT URL.. and use that URL :D alrightyy.
and that should work, unless you copied the whole code wrong for the layout :)
&& the same basically goes for TinyPic.com :)

hey, so you asked me why the pictures werent showing up when you went to post as a quote.. well we cant make layouts as quotes anymore, i believe steve blocked them awhile ago. soooo, you gotta put them somewhere else. (it looks like you already know this) so sorry if u know this already (: im just responding to ur message. HOPE i helped! :D reply

lol, it doesnt sound stupid at all (: fan art is i guess (in the words its used) FAN ART. aha, um its like, you take a picture, and write the witty user's username on it, and decorate that picture. and then you give it to them. (:
