-Boy (Drew Ellington)
-Both teenagers; both very mature, kind, and attractive
-Drew lost what he thought was his "one true love," when she dies (Clara Withers)
-Clara becomes a spirit when she dies; a lonely, forgotten one
-When Estelle meets Drew, the two bond together and a friendship forms
-Drew tells his past about Clara to Estelle
-Estelle has schizophrenia, which she does not tell to Drew
-One day, she sees Clara as a spirit and decides to help her
-Clara wants Estelle to tell Drew one last, "I love you"
-Estelle tells him this, but Drew doesn't believe her
-She tries again and again, until he finally understands and believes
-Clara is no longer a spirit; she has left for the "other world"
-Another boy comes along (Caleb Andrews)
-Big love triangle
-Which one does Estelle choose?
-Estelle is about to choose Caleb, when he suddenly is killed
-Heartbroken, Estelle moves far away from Drew for a while
