You. Reading this. Right now. Here's what I want you to do.
I want you to take a dry erase marker, or maybe even a sharpie.
Go to your bedroom, or bathroom mirror.
And write "You are beautiful." Wherever you want.
Maybe even in fancy letters.
I want you to take off your clothes,
and stand in front of that mirror in your bra and underwear.
Smile. For 5 or 10 seconds. Hold it. Take some deep breaths
Look at yourself and say "You ARE beautiful.
Every single thing about you is beautiful" 5 times.
Because really you are. You are truly beautiful.
Alright you can put your clothes back on now. Lol.
Now take out a sheet of paper.
And I know, you are so used to pointing out your imperfections.
But here. Write down 5 things that you love about yourself.
Look it over and over.
Also. Remember. You are beautiful
and you need to embrace it.
Also, sit with good posture and take some deep breaths.
Now, everyday,after you shower or are in the bathroom,
or whenever you pass your mirror.
Smile.
And that little reminder on your mirror will help.
