I definitely know what you mean. And as painful as it can feel, venting in creative ways like writing-not ON your arm, will basically save your life. Just remember that it does get better. I know, whatever cause that's what everyone says, right? But seriously, there's more going right with you then wrong. You have this talent for putting things on paper-sometimes not literally, that come right out of your heart. And that's amazing. Anger can feel like hell, all emotions can, but it can also be used for good things. You can use it to motivate you to not let all of these things that you off get the best of you and stop you from living or having the life you want and deserve. If you spent all of your energy that goes into being off, into fighting that anger and finding peace and happiness, I can guarantee it will be a better use of your time and get you to where you're meant to be a lot faster. Now, when I learn how to do this consistintly, I'll let you know. Until then, I'll be trying to take my own advice. Good luck. And keep writing.
