I know that maybe it's hard to believe in sometimes, but you're really not on your own. Many people face this problem. I experience all the things you've mentioned and I also get extremely mad, over nothing specific. And it's hard to fix the problem because there is NO problem : life is great and you try to remind it to yourself all the time, but then when the mood swings come, you can't do anything. Just so you know, there is nothing wrong with you, and I know it's hard to sleep with all those thoughts racing but keep on maintaining your optimistic view. I'm so happy to hear you don't have any suicidal thoughts. But the best thing to do is to talk with someone about it and even consider treatment. I know it seems like the end of the world, but I believe in you. Today I started treatment. If I can do it, so can you. And I believe we'd get through it (:
