well like for me i weighed like 150 last summer and i seriously didnt do anything but like instead of me on the computer all the time i went to the pool and swam and stuff so like try to be active another thing that worked for me was that i like tried to do intervals like walk for 5 minutes run for 5 minutes or like you could change it to like walk for 5 minutes then run for a minute it gets the heart beat to go fast it works!! i would do that for like 30 minutes i hope any of these work!!:)

for me when this happens i avoid him and like try not to look at him. The funny thing is they always come bakc just give him awhile to get his mind staright like literally cause i mean you probably dont have the guts to go to him. So just see if he texts you or tries to attempt to talk to you if not i know its hard but try to act like you dont care then maybe he will try to get you:)
