When you comment on people's quotes there is a button to vote the comment up or down, and i you get a thumbs up you get a comment point, and if you get a thumbs down you lose a comment point. ^o^ reply

You post quotes by clicking the "add a quote" button at the top of the screen then type in whatever you want. And you can post actual quotes from real people, you can post jokes, stories, or funny experiences. reply
