I think that u should go to ur friend and see how she feels about it but if u don't have feelings at all then just tell him how u feel but be kind and gentle with it so u dont hurt his feelings. but if you have no feelings for him at all say something like ' your my best friend, and i dont want anything to ruin that! and i dont have those feelings for you, and im sorry because your perfect, just not for me ;( but i hope we can still be friends..?' and remind him that he dated your best friend (girl) and that it would be unfair, because she still might have feelings for him
