tips for loosing weight
1: be a grazer. eat smaller portions and spread out your meals instead of having three large meals a day. this way you're less hungry, too.
2. go walking. walking when the weather's nice is an easy way to keep fit. you may listen to music while walking if desired.
3. eat celery. it's a healthy way to take fat out of your body. if preferred, you may add a small amount of peanut butter or low-fat dressing on top.
4. keep in mind that there are always healthy alternatives to your everyday foods.
5. reward yourself occasionally. sweets are nice, but they're not so nice to your body. when you want a treat, dark chocolate covered strawberries, sugar-free juice, sorbet, or sweet fruit (such as pears, mangoes, peaches, etc.) with organic cane sugar are simple, great tasting snacks that are good for you, too.
