Unforgettable Memories
Chapter 1
I look at the people as they pass me.It reminds me that everybody is unique and it makes us who we are .No matter the color of our skin , the size of our body , our hair or eye color we are beautiful.We're beautiful , because this was the way we were intended to look like .We are like pleasant works of art.This is what I think of whilst sitting waiting to board my plane to Paris in John F. Kennedy airport.I was so excited to be going ot Paris .Especially , after the amount of convincing it took my parents to let me go.I am only sixteen years old ,but they understand my passion for art and know that i am extremely responsible so they let me go.Not only am i excited about learning more about art , but it's paris!Who wouldn't be excited?
I felt like a giddy school girl waiting for my class to be called.This was my first time going on a plane.As you might of figured going through New York airport security was plesaurable.Note my sarcasm.
"Now Boarding Class B 8-12"The sweet old lady said through the microphone so everyone could hear her.
This was my class.I was going on a plane to Paris right now.I've dreamed about this moment since i was young .This plane wasn't all to full which i enjoyed.This is going to be a long plane ride i thought to myself as i slowly rested my head back in my pillow i had brought along as a carry on ,and took out my sketch pad which i brought with me always in case i ever got inspired .
I started to draw the people i saw in the airport .Emphasizing that they were all unique in their own way .Yet, the same all in one way just as we all are.I took naps here and there.The flight was seven hours long.I was most gratefull to hear those certain group of words out of the flight attendants mouth.
"After , a long journey welcome to Paris .We will be landing in a few minutes .Please turn all electronic devices off at this time"
This was it .
