I fell in Love With Mickey Mouse
    (literally)
    Chapter # 57
If anyone wants to knock some sense into me, that would be appricated.
So It started out with a can of beer. Then it was another can, because I had to see if I liked Bud Light better and I didn't stop there because for some reason I wanted to try tequila and now well, now I was dancing on top of the world. Pumping my fist in the air and singing along to the music. For once in my life, I was carefree. Nothing, and no one existed besides the music and lights. Would I feel the same after the lights came on? I don't know. But what I did know, was that I never wanted this feeling of carelessness to end. I just didn't understand one thing. Why were there police sirens in this song? The music stopped and the lights came on. All I saw was police lights flashing in the distance.
"Sht, we have to get out of here." Kai grabbed my hand and we ran as fast as we could.
"Where are we going?" I panicked
"To the neighbors house." He answered.
Kai bent down. I stepped on his back and jumped the fence to the other side. We did this through five or six houses and stopped on the last house of the street.
"Shouldn't we go?" I asked as we sat against the fence that lead to the street.
"No, they might search in the streets. But, they won't think to look here." He answered
"How long are we going to stay?" I asked
"Till the cops go away, and if they find that green stuff, they won't go away for awhile." Kai replied
"But, aren't they going to look for you, I mean its your house." I said
"Yeah, about that, I lied, that's not my house." He revealed
"Why did you lie to me?" I asked
"I thought it would make you feel safe there." Kai admitted.
"Well, for the time being, I'm glad that wasn't your house."
"Yeah, my parents would never let me throw a party like that." He laughed
"Then why did you tell me that they would?" I wondered
"I though it would make me seem cool." He smiled
I slapped Kai and shook my head.
"I probably deserved that." He laughed
"I'm so tired." I rested my head on his shoulder
"That's probably cause the alcohol is wearing off." Kai said
"Don't let me fall asleep ok" I said
"You could drink some more if you want, I got a small bottle in my jacket pocket."
"No, I have to drive home." Finally something smart hit me
"Maybe you shouldn't drive right away." Kai said.
"I don't feel that drunk anymore. I'll be fine." I said
    "You sure?" He asked
    "Absolutely." I yawned
I blinked a couple times, and with each blink my eyelids became heavier and heavier. It was easy to fall asleep with the fresh grass scent and quiet crickets chirpping in the backround. That is until I heard a big 'woof'. I flinched and opened my eyes to find a big guard dog five feet away from me.

I fell in Love With Mickey Mouse

    Chapter # 56
Like a wise man once said, I'm not as think as you drunk I am.
I didn't have to pull down my windows to hear the noise these kids called 'music'. I was scared to get out of the car and full of regrets, as usual. I shouldn't have came here. I shouldn't have stepped out of my hotel. I should have stayed. Lord, in heaven, if you gave me a brain, please tell me how to use it. I jumped from the knock on my window. It was Kai, who was probably wondering why I wasn't getting out. I pulled down my window.
"Please tell me you mixed up the directions." I begged
"No, I'm pretty sure this is my house." He said as he scanned it.
"Your parents are ok with you doing this to your home?" I wondered
"What's wrong with it?" He asked
    "It's a mess." I answered
"You haven't even been inside, how do you know if there is a mess?" Kai investigated
"I can feel it." I replied as I got out of my car. Kai guided me towards the door. I was right, the second I walkd in I saw a stain of what appeared to be beer, I hope it was beer...
    "See, told you." I said
Kai was too busy looking for his friends to notice that I spoke.
"Hey guys." He excitedly greeted as we walked towards them. During the walk there I felt so many people, it was like they were trapped together like pickles in a jar. For God's sake ladies back away from eachother, we're not trying to make human soup here.
"Hey Kai, my amigo." A guy who looked like Kai spoke. I couldn't tell if he was better looking because of all the strobe lights flashing in my eyes.
    "Who's this?" He asked
"This is my new friend, Ella. Ella, this is Alex. My best friend." Kai yelled.
"Nice to meet you." I smiled
"Pleasure is all mine, really." Alex smiled back. Kai gave him a glare.
    "Back off punk." Kai joked
Alex put up his hands in the sky as a sign of surrender. Kai grabbed my hand and led me to a table full of food, beer and hopefully grass. I grabbed some chips and salsa.
"Which kind do you like?" Kai asked
"I like the medium, so its not too spicey and not too mild." I answered
"I was reffering to beer." He laughed
    "Beer?"
"Do you not like beer, because if you don't we have some wine and voldka in the fridge." He said
"No it's not that, I just don't drink." I answered
"What? How old are you?" He asked
    "Eighteen." I replied
"And you've never been drunk?" He asked in awe.
"I've tasted some beer during a family get together, but I've never really been drunk." I said
"You're kidding, how on earth do you party with out it?" He wondered
"Yeah, I don't usually go to parties either." I admited
"Well your here now" He said as he held up a can of Heineken towards me. I took it and popped it open and took a sip.
    "You like it?" He asked
    "It's alright." I smiled
Okay, okay I know how this seems. I'm giving in to peer pressure. But, honestly I'm an adult and besides, it's not like I was going to get drunk by drinking one can of beer.

I fell in Love With Mickey Mouse
    (literally)
    Chapter # 54
Okay, so there is three of them now.
    "Stop thinking." He explained
A wave came quickly, ready to swallow Kai.
    "Kai!" I screamed
Before he had a chance to react, the ocean wave rised up and brought Kai down to his knees. I giggled and jogged towards him. The water backed away but the sand was till moist and cold. The wind pushed me back but I pushed forwards.
    "You okay?" I laughed
    He blushed and giggled.
    "This always happens." He complained
"You always get hit by ocean waves?" I guessed
He wrapped his arms around his knees. His cheeks turned into a faded shade of red. He bit his lips and laughed.
"No," He looked up at the ocean
"I always make a fool of my self." He admited while slowly tilting his head towards me
"when pretty girls are around." He confessed.
His eyes were twinkling jet black. I looked carefully but I couldn't seem to spot his pupils. His eyebrows were black too, but they were a lot softer and not as bold as his eyes. His nose was sharp but small. His mouth was small too. His pink lips contrasted with his deep tan skin. By judging from his overall image, I came to the conclusion that he was latin.
"Kai what are you, like what nationality?" I asked
"I'm so mixed it's not even funny." He giggled
"Well do you know?" I asked
"Both of my parents are from Hawaii. But, my mom is half native Hawaiian and 1/4 Mexican, 1/4 Swedish. My dad's 1/4 black, 1/4 English, 1/6 Japanese...." He listed
"Dang boy, you weren't kidding." I laughed
He shook his head and smiled.
    "What are you?" He asked
    "I'm white." I giggled
"White people come from places too." He smiled
"Well, I know from my dad's side there is Russian and German." I answered
"I my mom says she's Jewish, but isn't sure because she was adopted." I answered
"I think you're Greek." He smiled
    "Why Greek?" I questioned
"Because legend says the Greeks were decended from Gods and Godesses and you look like you could be one of them." He siad
I took a deep breath and bit my lip.

I fell in Love With Mickey Mouse
    (literally)
    Chapter # 52
    So, his name is Kai.
He quickly turned around and gave me a stare.
I gasped and turned back to face the ocean.
    Please go away,
What was I thinking? Why, did I just do that? What would he think of me now?
I didn't hear anything, but I felt someone walking towards me. I felt like I was ready to cry.
God, why am I so dumb? He sat down next to me, but didn't say a word. Though his eyes were burning a hole on my face, I didn't turn, nor did I say anything.
Soon enough, he stopped staring. But, he didn't move.
What did he want from me?
"Do you believe in angels?" I asked looking at the clouds
"How could I not, if there's one sitting next to me right now."
"How many girls did you use that one on?" I asked
"No one actually, but it's a good one huh?" He laughed
"Yeah, you should use it more often." I said.
"How did you know my name?" He asked
"I evesdropped on your conversation." I shamefully answered
"Ah, so you know about my problem. So, what do you think I should do?" He asked
"Well, for one thing, you should use a pickup line on her, not me." I suggested
For some reason, he bagan laughing again.
"What's funny?" I asked as I looked at him.
    "Nothing." He shook his head.
Now that I had a chance to look at his face, I realized he was attractive. He was really attractive and for some reason, he was fimilar.
Volleyball, God, he was the volley ball player I saw four days ago. The one staring at me at the beach back at Santa Monica.
I wonder if he recognized me.
"What are you looking at?" He smiled.
His smile was so sweet, like a little kid. It contrasted with his deep tan skin.
    "You." I smiled back
He looked down and bit his lip. There was a fresh hint of red in his cheeks. Aww, he was blushing.
"Can I ask you something?" I asked
    "Sure." He said
"What does Kai mean?" I asked
"It depends, on which language. In Japanese it means a number of things, shell, ocean, recovery, In Hawaiian, it means the sea, in Burmese, it means unbreakable." He answered
    "That's pretty neat." I said
"Thanks." He strached his neck. God, I couldn't believe how shy he was.
"I like your smile." I spilled
    He deeply blushed and grinned.
"Well, what's your name?" He asked
    "Ella." I answered
"I know what your name means" He sheepishly said
    "Oh you do?" I smiled
    He nodded.
"It mean's a beautiful fairy." Kai said.
