Yeah, my coach is the same way. Were doing speed an agility also. And she said we had HW to excersise over break, Yeah no one did that.>.< sorry about your hip btw I hate doing hurdles,

In my gym class today we had to do sprinting and so much stuff with speed and agility... I don't think my teachers understand that over break most people veg out and don't want to run first gym class back, my hip is still bothering me from having to lift my leg over a hurdle (facing it) oh goodness.. -_-
