I think this is where a lot of the anxiety comes from that kids experience today. Years ago you only could compare yourself to what you *thought* a handful kids in your school were doing. Thanks to instagram, facebook, and twitter, kids know exactly what everyone is doing in real time and are constantly comparing themselves to what's going on in these feeds. This isn't healthy. Do what you like and don't worry what others think. Also, it's ok to not broadcast your life to the world. You are not a character that anyone other than your family cares about.
