And the essays have to be a certain amount of words or pages and if its pages people e n d u p w r i t i. n g like that. Tip for americans like me: if you are typing the essay change the periods font size from 12 to 14 the size change isn't noticeable but takes up more space on the page.

Here, at least at my school. It's all about the paragraphs and its structure, not the words or pages. Always size 12, MLA format.

Hahaha like I said, I just write essays once in a while, and not for all my classes, so I like them. Mostly cause in most cases I choose the topic. But if I had to write essays for everything, I would really hate them. I get you.

Ugh. Pretty much the only time I have to write essays is for mid-year/end of year exams & when we're practicing for exams, so I just automatically connect them with stress now hahaha

I feel you. I do projects for mid terms and finals, and well, essays in some subjects are the projects, but the stress comes when the project is a research with presentation and that stuff, ugh haha
