Ok, truly I don't think this song is about Harry. As far as I know, they got together in November, this song was released in October..... It was probably written months before.... I think she's trying to make Harry look like a bad guy.

Hahaha, not all Directioners are bad; I know a couple who are my friends. Besides, it's cool how they stay dedicated or loyal to One Direction. But thanks a bunch for defending me, really appreciate it.

Some people have kind of already said it but I'll just say it nicely since a lot of the comments are mean. c: Harry Styles and Taylor Swift were seen together after "Red" was already released, so the song can't really be written about him. And technically I don't think they were ever "boyfriend and girlfriend" and even if they were, weren't they only spotted with each other for like... maybe a week? Idk. But yeah c: Sorry for all the hate you're getting for this :c

Well, okay then, I guess. Look, I actually kinda like One Direction, like, I'm not exactly a Directioner but I sometimes listen to them. Besides, I don't really care about Harry's love life; he can be a womanizer, I'll probably care a bit but I won't let it plague my every thought and he could be charming and awesome, I'll just think he's a cool guy. Besides, I don't really have anything to say about him. Like, if anyone asked me about him I'll just say that I don't know him enough to judge him.

Okay, there are two things wrong with this:
1) Taylor Swift hasn't slept with anyone...
2) "A new notch in your belt" means that she's just another person that he has used and basically added to his "collection" before moving on again.

No offense to Directioners, I'm just saying it from the way it's used in the song.
