Going
Nowhere
Chapter

Tahlia's
P.O.V
"Okay, what's your name?" asked
the vice principal kindly.
I had stopped by her office during lunchtime to get Lyla and
Britney kicked out.
"My name's Tahlia," I said, plastering a smile on
my face.
"Nice to meet you." I put out my hand, and we shook
hands all friendly-like.
It felt very grown-up.
"Well, Tahlia..." she muttered, typing away on her
computer.
"Are you Tarliah Smittens?" she asked.
"No," I answered, shaking my head. "I'm
Tahlia Francis."
"Tahlia Francis..." she echoed.
She typed quickly again, and found me.
"You're only new Tahlia," she said. "You
can't make any requestments yet. In a few weeks, I'll
meet you here in the office. On January the 31st...then
you'll be able to request whatever you want."
She put her paperwork beside her desk in neat piles.
"Wait, no!" I cried, hurriedly.
"What is it?"
"I wasn't going to request anything. It's that I
don't want a repeat of last year at my old school. I was
bullied and beat up, but the teachers couldn't do anything
about it. On the first day here, I had encountered two mean
girls, and I don't know what to do, so I've came to
your office."
The vice principal nodded, listening intently.
"What's these two girls names?" she asked.
"Lyla and Britney," I said quickly.
Tap tap tap, she typed on her desktop computer.
"These girls are always winning great awards and trophies
for their hard work," said the vice principal slowly,
viewing their certificates. "Are you sure they're
causing trouble?"
"Yes, ma'am, I'm absolutely positive," I
replied.
"Well, I have their home phone number, and I can talk to
their parents. If so, I can give them a few punishments, but if
they refuse or don't do their job correctly..." she
trailed off.
I bit my lip. Expelled! I chanted inside my head.
"Suspension for three days," she said firmly.
I nodded. "Well, Lyla and Britney are in the same Sience
class, so I'm going to check on them when they have Sience.
I'll have a little chat to them, and I'll know the
truth," she winked.
"Bye, Tia."
"It's Tahlia," I corrected her.
"Oh, my daughter's just called Tia and I'm used to
saying that. Bye anyway, remember to stop by in a few
weeks if you want to request anything. We'll do our
best!"
I nodded, walking peacefully out of her office, slamming the
door shut.
Bam!
Let's hope the school staff believes my
lies...
