Get a washable marker, and go take a shower.

While in the shower, write all over your stomach and areas of your body that is not visible.

Write your flaws, something that is making you upset, a mistake you made, anything!

Wash your body, and while you wash, you will see everything go down the drain.

Your flaws, your sadness, your conscious.

You are beautiful, never forget that.
