She never said shell bleed in water -.-'... if shes wearing a pad it has blood in it so when she goes into the water it will saturate the pad and the blood wont have anywhere else to go but the water.... or if she goes into the water witha clean pad (which makes no sense) it will absorb all the water and again the blood will have nowhere to go and it shall stain the bikini/shorts of blood..... thats why tampons exist.
