Beautiful Eyes
Chapter 3
The boys had passed out downstairs,
so I quietly snuck past them on my way to the kitchen. I started
making up some breakfast for them all. The first of the boys up
was Niall, so he got the first few pancakes. I cooked up some
bacon, and the smell wakes up the rest of the gang. Harry walks
in behind Louis, winks at me, and then takes the seat closet to
where I was standing.
“I’m so glad mum taught you how to cook. Definitely
comes to good use.” Louis says with his mouth full.
“I kinda had to, since you’re too lazy to do
anything.” I stick my tongue out at him and drop a couple
more pancakes onto the table for the boys to devour.
“More yet, boys?” I ask. Niall turns and smiles at me
with his mouth full. He nods and goes back to eating. The others
agree, so I set about making another batch.
They talk about the upcoming tour and how excited they are to be
going. Wanting to see the American “babes”. Well,
that’s how Harry put it at least. Louis and Liam have their
girlfriends waiting for them to get home.
Liam excuses himself. “Danielle.” Is all he says
before he leaves the Tomlinson flat.
“He’s so dedicated to that girl.” Zayn says,
with a little bit of jealousy lining his words. I smile.
“It’s adorable.” I say, dropping the last of
this batch on the table. “She’s so lucky to have a
guy that dedicated.”
The guys roll their eyes at me.
“Speaking of girls, shouldn’t you be spending some
time with Eleanor before tour?” I direct this at my
brother.
Once again he rolls his eyes. “We’re going out to
dinner tonight.”
I grin and begin washing dishes. Louis, Zayn, and Niall go
upstairs to get dressed, while Harry stays behind.
He grabs a towel and begins drying after I wash.
“Wow, I didn’t expect you to be the kind of guy to
help a lady out.”
“Relax, cutie. It’s only because it’s
you.” He winks.
“Well, thanks…I guess.”
Harry nudges me with his elbow in the ribs, so I nudge him back
laughing. We continue to wash/dry in a comfortable silence. When
I hand him the last plate, I turn and lean my backside against
the counter. He finishes drying and throws the towel over his
shoulder.
His green eyes meet my own hazel ones, and he smiles. An actual,
sincere, beautiful smile. Not that one he makes to make every
girl’s heart melt.
Harry once again places his hands on my waist—gently this
time, and pulls me to him. My body just goes. I can’t
control it. Lightly pressed against him, I have to tilt my head
to keep looking in his eyes, being a good half a foot shorter
than him.
“Harry—I—“
He just shakes his head, leaning his head down closer to mine.
His breath pours over my face, smelling like pancakes, yes. My
eyes flutter and his lips lightly brush mine. I place my hands on
his chest, as I had planned to push him away, when I notice his
heart beating a lot faster than my own. I glance back up to his
eyes and he lightly smiles.
“If I were to have one weakness, Tally, it would
be—“
“Harry!”
Thanks for reading this guys. it means a lot. I really like this and I hope to actually finish it because I never finish stories. BUT I promise to finish this. Mostly because I love this so much. Ok. Hearts and stuff.
