A teacher
in New York was teaching her class in New York about bullying.
She gave the kids a excersize to do. She gave each child a peice
of paper and told them to wrinkle it and stomp on it and just
destroy but do not rip it. After she had them unfold the paper,
smooth it out and look at how scarred and dirty it was. She then
told them to say they're sorry... She then said, "See
now even though you said sorry and tried to fix everything there
is still scars." She pointed out the scars on the paper.
"Those scars will never go away no matter how hard you try
to fix the paper. This is what happens when a child bullies
another child." The faces on the child told her that the
message hit home.
