It's Hard Being A Teen
Chapter
3
His deep dark blue eyes and his soft looking brown hair put me in
a trans. There sure were no boys like this in Montana. I couldn't
help but stare at him as he started walking into his house. Well
at least I hope that was his house. I can't believe I live across
the street from him. I never experienced feelings like this
before. I stopped staring when my mom called me in. I looked back
at him before I shut the door. Our eyes met for one second. " I
need to see him again" I thought in my head. My mom lead me up to
my new room. It was huge. A walk-in closet, a small balcony (the
perfect place to look at the hottie across the street) , and a
king sized bed. My mom said we could go shopping for things for
my room this weekend. But right now all I cared about was that
guy across the street. Maybe I can ask my mom to have a welcoming
party to meet the neighbors. I went downstairs to ask my mom
about the party. " Mom, are we gonna have like a get- together or
something, so you know, I can meet the neighbors and maybe make a
new friend?" I asked hoping she had already planned something. "
Oh, sure! When did you wanna do this?" She asked "Umm, maybe this
weekend if your not doing anything?" I said giving her a begging
sort of look. " Of course sweety! Maybe after I get the
invitations ready you could deliver them to the neighbors
tomorrow for me? I have to go downtown tomorrow." She said
already knowing that I would deliver them. " Oh, yeah that's fine
with me! And mom I gotta ask you something. Umm does Will live
here?" I asked with a strange look on my face. " No, he doesn't
live here. He will eventually move in since he pays the rent for
me becuase I'm currently un-employed." She said with an ' I don't
give a crap ' look on her face. " Oh, alright. I'm just gonna go
put the stuff we just got up in my room." I said starting to walk
up the twisting staircase. " Oh, honey, I'm gonna run to Wawa
real quick. I need to get cigarettes" She said grabbing her Dolce
& Gabanna purse from the kitchen counter. " Oh, you smoke?" I
said with wide eyes "Yeah, well I guess it's better than drugs
right?" She replied as she walked out the door. "Yeah I guess
so." I said quietly and the front door slammed shut. I grabbed
the shopping bags off of the floor and took them up to my room. I
started putting the clothes on hangers when the doorbell rang. I
went to the door to see who it was. I paused as i looked out the
peep-hole. My stomach dropped.
