Those are all good suggestions, um if mine gets reeeaaalllyyy bad and heavy, I sometimes take one or two ibuprofens(motrin) and it always seems to slow it. I also leave an extra pair of pants in my locker if im at school(just to be safe) and take extra "protection" (:

i agree with everyone except for crazybitchshan. do. not. excercise. i'm not kidding. it's horrible. and since you're already losing blood, it makes it harder for your body to excercise. but yes, take LOTS of showers, drink water, and bananas help cramps so eat them too! if cramps get reeaaaally bad though, you can use a heating pad on your stomach and it feels sooo much better.

I actually have no ideas. I always have stomach pains... Yeahh, exercise sometimes helps, like jogging!!

be lazy. try not to do many active activities and eat chocolate. it really does help a lot. also i always feel better when i take a shower so try taking many showers
