My Summer Diet Plan
Actually go outside sometimes.
Instead of juice or milk, drink water.
That saves around 400 calories a day.
Chew gum instead of eating a bunch of candy
Don't snack on stuff all day because of boredom
Only eat one helping at each meal, instead of more..
Oh, and also: byebye breakfast. Hello sleeping in.

if you skip breakfast, your enzymes or something will get hungry and start eating your muscle or something. and for heaven's sake. YOU'RE SO SKINNY. what are you? in the 90s in weight. My aunt's like your height. I bet she would KILL to be that weight.

Actually people who eat breakfast tend to be healthier and eat less calories throughout the day. As soon as i started eating breakfast i lost 20lbs.

My summer diet plans crazy. Fruits and veggies, only 1 serving of grains, dairy, and meat, each a day. Workout 3-5 times a day. And small dessert twice a week. Flat bely, here I come!

I thought you might enjoy some opinions or diet tips.
1.) Never skip breakfast, they say that if you eat like a slice of chocolate cake it can be good for you because you dont have sweet tooth later on.
2.) Other ways to substitute a sweet tooth is to buy whip cream and eat some of that, its actually apart of dieting.
3.) If you buy apple cider vinegar and take a drink of that everyday it helps you lose weight. My friend lost 60 pounds in 4 months by drinking a little everyday.
4.) Ramen noodles and diet pop actually make you want to eat more so its not always good to snack on that if your snacking.

Sorry I just want to throw in some healthy tips if your planning on dieting because I hate to see people try to lose weight unhealthy :) Good luck

Also, sugar-free gum is sweetened with aspartame, which is highly addicting. Rather than chewing gum, try eating a small, healthy snack between each meal (I eat breakfast at 7, snack at 9-10, lunch at 12, snack at 3-4, and dinner between 6 and 8. then, maybe a treat after dinner :) if you want any suggestions of good, healthy snacks, feel free to comment on my profile!

I understand how WONDERFUL it is to sleep in, but eating breakfast is one of the most important things to do when getting in shape!

Not to sound like a hippe, but if you dont eat breakfast your body stores fat... better to eat breakfast.. then you can go starve yourself.

Actually studies show that people who eat breakfast weigh less than people who don't because it makes your metabolism start up meaning you'll store less of the fat from your lunch.
