@emmygirl222 lol you don't think english existed 400 years ago? English was a language in the year 500, so I'm pretty sure it was well developed and used 1,000 years later.

ummm.... so im pretty sure they used way different language back then, and not once in the play does Romeo send a letter to anyone.. but the modern day speech is pretty accurate.

@ converse97 she means that the type of English they use is different then that, not English the language, its just old English not like that^ where they used words like"quite" and call it romeo and Juliet, she clearly has not read the actual story.
