For all those who read my original quote, project M is where we organise one day where we all post a quote saying "Meep". On that day, we'll fav any quote we see saying "meep". We fav like crazy (after that day has passed, we can unfav them).
The point of this is to hopefully get a couple of Meeps onto the top quotes page. The point of this is... really, a joke and to cause some confusion for all those who aren't taking part. Which is why I don't want any one to fav this. I want this to be fairly secretive. But we still need hundreds of people.

What we still need for Project M's operation:
- A date + Witty time.
- More supporters (spread the word as secretly as you can. To your friends, anybody).

I do realise that anybody who's following me is going to get tipped off but... Oh well.
